Final Note:
To connect any of these cables from the respective ACAMS CPU and a
computer for terminal programming, requires either a null modem cable
or an straight cable and a null modem adapter/cable. This can be done
with a straight cable and null modem connector or a null modem cable
which will connect directly to a computer for communication with the
ACAMS CPU and the Motorola STD program or other communications. All
cables and connectors guaranteed for one year, replaced or repaired.

modem cable that will connect to a 9-Pin D laptop connector. Costs:

9-Pin Female to 26-Pin Male adapter Cost $20 or change the connector
type to “...-26”, at no additional charge.
